FIXED FEE DIVORCE

£450 exclusive of VAT plus court fees*

We offer this service for uncontested divorces. What this means is that both you and your spouse agree to getting divorced and there are no disputes and it proceeds on an undefended basis. This does not include matters concerning the children (if you do not agree with the arrangements for them) or the division of the matrimonial finances and we will advise you separately regarding our fees and provide you with a cost estimate. Should you wish us to do additional work regarding children or finances we will advise you separately regarding our fees and our cost estimate.

*Court fees are currently £340 (petition fee and fee for Decree Absolute)

All other work is charged on an hourly basis and Sarah Smith’s hourly rate is £160 plus VAT.
