FIXED FEE UNDEFENDED DIVORCE/DISSOLUTION OF CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS

£450 exclusive of VAT and court fees*

This service is offered for uncontested divorce / dissolution. An uncontested divorce or dissolution is one where the other party co-operates with the proceedings thereby allowing the matter to proceed smoothly.

This does not include matters relating to arrangements for children or dividing up the family assets. We will advise you separately regarding these costs as appropriate, and provide you with a costs estimate. We offer a free initial consultation when the issue of likely costs can be discussed.

*The Court fee for divorce or dissolution of Civil Partnerships is currently £593.

All other work is charged on an hourly basis.
