Sarah Smith is passionate about family law and is a member of Resolution. Resolution believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters and campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.

She worked for firms in Hertfordshire and Cambridge before starting her own practice in February 2009.

Outside work, Sarah leads an active lifestyle and enjoys playing football and the outdoors. She grew up on a farm in rural Herefordshire and went to University in Leeds before moving to Cambridge.

Joanne May qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has been advising both employees and employers in all types of employment matters since then. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

She regularly undertakes her own advocacy at the Employment Tribunal believing that assisting clients through the whole experience provides her with the expertise to give the best advice whoever she is representing.

She lives in Cambridge and is Secretary of her local Colts football club, as well as a Level 1 football coach managing her daughter's football team.

She also is Chair of the Friends of Milton Children's Hospice (EACH) and enjoys walking, running, swimming and going to the gym, as well as providing a taxi service to her 3 children.
